    We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communication professional to join the Marketing and Business Optimization team in our global head office in Rotterdam.     Responsibilities

    As the Marketing & Communication Analyst, you will own STC’s marketing communications, content creation and brand. Not only will you run with the day-to-day execution of marketing communications and campaigns, you will also take the lead in defining STC’s future marketing communications and brand strategy. Specific responsibilities include:

     

    • Execute end-to-end marketing communication and campaigns, including ideation, creation and distribution of marketing content through various digital and non-digital channels, (social) media and events. You will plan and execute events to support marketing objectives.
    • Measure and analyse impact of marketing communication and campaigns
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of STC public website
    • Lead the further development of STC public website
    • Define and monitor activity levels and performance of STC digital channels
    • Develop future marketing communications, content and brand strategy for STC

    Furthermore, you will actively support the product owners and project manager of two important commercial strategic initiatives that are ongoing.

    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and energetic, and a creative problem solver. A strategic thinker, storyteller and skilled communicator. A self-starter with a hands-on approach, a good sense of prioritization and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You have a deep understanding of (digital) marketing, a master’s degree in marketing or similar and 3+ years of experience in campaign management, publishing, writing and content creation. You have experience with contemporary digital tools, Google Analytics, email software and website testing tools.
